The program is designed for people experienced with NeuroMovement who wish to take their practice to the next level. As stated elsewhere, it is necessary to have completed the other suggested NeuroMovement programs prior to doing these lessons. They require a high level of differentiation in your movements in general and your sensitivity to your own body, very different from most exercise and fitness programs.
The program comprises Nine 60-minute NeuroMovement lessons which build on each other functionally allowing you to rediscover, and even surpass, your youthful balance, speed, and safety in movement. With this program, as with our others, your brain will receive the flow of new information it needs to create new connections.

Through doing these lessons slowly, safely and gently, you’ll be able to move faster and be more sure-footed.
