For many years, traders have asked me to explain the importance of order flow imbalance. This is the case. There are many nuances in order flow imbalance. One imbalance may mean one thing, and another imbalance may mean another thing.

I created an imbalance course to teach you the nuances of different types of imbalances in the market.

This is not just saying “oh, there are more active buyers here, so do this”. I will explain the meaning of different types of imbalances, why it is so important, why it happens and how to apply it to your transactions. This is an in-depth understanding of the world of order flow imbalances, which will change the way you view imbalances.

People (not traders) like to theoretically think that everything that happens on the market is random and that there is no direction to trade. I said, let them continue to believe because they are successful traders who make money. The next transaction that hits the market may be random, but the big buy orders executed in the market are not random events, it is caused by some reason that causes the trader to react in some way. What I care about is seeing a big order and determining whether it is important or whether it will cause other traders to enter the market and drive the market to move.

When dealing with imbalances, there will be individual imbalances, which may mean nothing or everything. There may also be a mountain of multiple imbalances. The accumulated imbalance may be a clear sign that the organization has created a new position and is very important, or it may occur when the organization leaves the position and the impact is minimal.

Once the trader understands the imbalance (if any), it becomes much easier to read market conditions.

There is no Holy Grail in the trading world. If someone tries to tell you, go away. The way you succeed is to learn how to understand what the market tells you and how to use the information generated by the market to trade.

Order flow imbalance is the only way to see what the agency is currently doing in the market so that you can weigh this information.

Join now to learn more about the imbalance in order flow.

What will you learn
Module 1-What is imbalance
In this module, I will break down the causes of imbalances, how to observe imbalances and the importance of their occurrence. Order flow imbalance is the easiest way to see when institutional traders are active in the market.

Module 2-Individual, stacked and multiple imbalances
In this module, I will decompose and explain the difference between single, stacked and multiple imbalances. You will understand why they appear and how to start applying them to your transactions.

Module # 3-Improve trade imbalance
In this module, I will show you how to improve trades by using order flow imbalance in the analysis. When you apply an order flow imbalance to a transaction, whether it is a single imbalance, a stacked imbalance, or multiple imbalances, you will have an advantage over other traders. Once you understand the imbalance and add it to the analysis, your transaction Will get better

Unit 4-Unbalanced transaction settings
In this module, I subdivided 9 different order process settings. There are only a single unbalanced setup, and multiple and stacked unbalanced setups. These are trading settings, not trading systems. Once you understand the different settings, you can create your own trading plan around these settings.

Unit 5-Eliminate Unbalance
In this module, I summarize the “imbalance process”. Here, you will see different charts and market conditions. So far, you should be able to determine what is happening in the market based on the type of imbalance seen.
